I'm up for anything that involves going to the beach, but we talk about these various trips from time to time and nothing ever comes of it. But this time it did.
We drove down I-5, stopping every 60 miles or so for exercise, Starbucks, and convenience stops. Only missed one turnoff and arrived in pacific grove about 4:30. 
and came back to hotel and went for a little walk
Then we went to dinner at Fishwife
It may have been a bit longer than we intended

When we arrived they had afternoon snacks with wine, cheese, hot hors d'oeuvres, and veggies. And breakfast shows a menu menu that includes omelettes, eggs and bacon, eggs Benedict, continental breakfast, waffles, or pancakes.
